Choisy Dim Sum
Who we are and what we stand for
Choisy stands for authentic Dim Sum, made using traditional recipes. The delicacies originally come from the Guangdong province in the Pearl River Delta and are among the most popular specialties of traditional Cantonese cuisine. No wonder – Dim Sum literally translates to "touching the heart."

Craftsmanship
All Dim Sum at Choisy are prepared with great love and care by experienced masters. They learned their craft at a young age and bring years of experience in the art of dumpling making. This results in Dim Sum of the highest quality, which has been delighting the top gastronomy in Switzerland for years.
The difference from other dumplings
In contrast to other dumplings, Dim Sum are distinguished by their incredible variety of fillings, shapes, and colors. The production is accordingly intricate and requires skill and dedication. To this day, 80% of the dumplings at Choisy are folded by hand, and all dough colors are of natural origin.

The team
The family business is led by Ronnie Yue and his two sons, Marco and Julian. Originally from Hong Kong, Ronnie grew up enjoying these cherished delicacies, and after relocating to Switzerland, he found himself longing for their authentic taste. In 2013, driven by this passion, he decided to introduce Dim Sum to Switzerland, alongside his career as an architect, becoming one of the pioneers in doing so. Today, these delicacies have become indispensable.
